"Good delivery, but the tracking felt a bit sketchy"
I ordered from bosch-home.co.uk and, to be fair, the delivery was mostly fine. The item turned up on the day they said it would, and the driver was polite enough. The only thing that made me a bit suspicious was the tracking barely updating, so I kept wondering if it was actually going to arrive or if something had gone wrong. Packaging was solid though, and there was no damage at all. Overall, I’m happy enough and would probably use them again.

i ordered from bosch-home.co.uk and i’m happy with it. it wasn’t the cheapest option, but the quality makes it feel worth the price. delivery was smooth too, no hassle at all. i’d definitely buy from them again.

"Good repair, just a bit of a long wait"
I booked a repair for my Bosch washing machine through Bosch Home and overall it was a good experience. The engineer was friendly and just seemed to really know what he was doing. He found the fault and had it fixed in about 40 minutes. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because the appointment slot was quite wide, and he arrived near the end of it. But I’m just happy the machine is working again.

"Nice looking appliance, with a small controls gripe"
I bought this from bosch-home.co.uk and, to be fair, I do really like the design. It looks neat in the kitchen and the controls are mostly easy enough to figure out. My only slight annoyance is that a few of the buttons feel a bit too minimal, so it took me a minute to work out what was what. Not a huge problem, just a little less obvious than I’d have liked.

"Smooth Bosch Washer Install"
Had my Bosch washer installed last week and it was all painless. The installer called before he showed up, which I always appreciate because I was halfway through making coffee and trying to find where I’d put the tape measure for no real reason. He was polite, got everything sorted quickly, and even ran through the basic settings with me so I wasn’t just staring at buttons later. No mess left behind either, which was great. So far I’m happy with it

"Feels solid, but time will tell"
I bought this from Bosch Home and first impressions are good. The doors and buttons feel solid enough, not cheap or flimsy, and it all looks nicely put together. It is a bit heavier than I expected, which I guess might be a sign of sturdier build, although I’m still a little unsure how well it’ll hold up over time. For now, I’d give it 4 stars.

I used bosch-home.co while looking for a new washing machine it was straightforward. Compared with some other appliance websites I’ve tried, the filters actually made sense and I didn’t have to jump through loads of pages to find the details I wanted. I bought a Bosch dishwasher to replace my old one, and so far I’m happy with it. To be fair, I haven’t had it long enough to judge everything about it, but the difference in electricity use is noticeable, and it runs much quieter than what I had before. Overall, it feels like a solid upgrade.

Had an issue with my dishwasher order i was annoyed at first... but Bosch got back to me, sorted out the refund, and kept me updated along the way. Fair play to them, it ended a lot better than I thought it would

"Good overall, item arrived safely"
Delivery was fine and the Bosch item was packed well enough. The outer box had a few scuffs and one corner was a little bashed, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged. I’d have given 5 stars if the packaging had looked a bit cleaner when it arrived, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, I’m happy with it.
